A&F App Reimagined
Over the course of 6 months I led a small team to identify guiding principles to inform the design of the future A&F and Hollister apps. By immersing ourselves in the market space, conducting user research, and analyzing customer archetypes and personas, we created concepts that defined their product roadmap and repositioned the app as a strategic platform for loyalty engagement.
