A&F Native Loyalty

After the success of the App Reimagined work, the A&F Product and XD Teams were convinced that the research-fueled concepts must be brought to life. What was pitched as a “Coupon Center” became the “Rewards Center,” an app-only experience that targeted the engagement of key customer archetypes. Navigating 10 major stakeholders from tech leads to brand owners, I led the redesign of the A&F and Hollister loyalty experience on iOS and Android.
